Course Requirements:  Skills Testing, Written Test >84%, and Station Participation.

If you are registering for ACLS only, then you will need to provide proof of current BLS certification.

You must take the online ACLS pretest and bring printed test results to class.

This class will accommodate up to 12 participants. A minimum of 8 paid participants is needed two weeks prior to the date, which should not be a problem, or the class will be canceled. See OFF Payment and Cancelation Policy below for details.
