PLEASE NOTE: This CME is not available as an Enduring or Self-Study program. Attendees must participate live, either in-person or virtual, to receive CME credit.

A $25.00 administration fee will be charged for any changes made to your registration. If switching from in-person to virtual, additional registration fees will be assessed based on the date your change request is submitted.

Any changes to your registration must be submitted no later than Wednesday, October 9, 2024.


Refunds will be issued for all cancellations received in writing on or before September 18, 2024. An administrative fee of $50.00 will be assessed. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after September 18, 2024 or for conference “no shows.”


For those registering as a full-price In-Person ONLY attendee, there is an option to select if you would like to attend Oktoberfest Corporate Night on Wednesday, October 16th beginning at 5:15pm, following the final lecture of the day. Additional information will be available in August.

Please note, a limited number of Tulsa Oktoberfest: Corporate Night tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. We are not able to accommodate additional guests as these tickets are for conference registrants only. A Wait List will be created once all tickets have been claimed. We will request an updated RSVP at a later date and redistribute tickets, if any become available.

Target Audience and Conference Objectives

This activity is intended for physicians and other healthcare professionals involved in patient care. The conference will allow learners to be better able to evaluate and implement emerging data and guidelines into patient care.

The objective of this seminar is to provide participating physicians with information about new medical advancements in order to increase the scope of treatment options available to primary care physicians and other healthcare professionals and to enhance the physicians’ existing knowledge of the topics that will be covered.

At the end of this course, you will be able to:
• Demonstrate an understanding of common clinical problems seen in primary care medicine.
• Construct evidence-based strategies to diagnose and treat common conditions in practice.
• State current guidelines and screening recommendations for selected clinical problems.

Accreditation Statements

Osteopathic Physicians: The Osteopathic Founders Foundation is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians. The Osteopathic Founders Foundation designates this live program for a maximum of sixteen (16) AOA Category 1-A credits and will report CME credits for all osteopathic physicians who complete the necessary evaluations and attestation following the program. Credit claimed should be commensurate with the extent of the physician’s participation in this activity.

Allopathic Physicians: This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Oklahoma State Medical Association (OSMA) through the joint providership of Saint Francis Health System and the Osteopathic Founders Foundation.
Saint Francis Health System is accredited by the Oklahoma State Medical Association to provide continuing medical education for physicians. Saint Francis designates this live activity for a maximum of 16 AMA PRA category 1 credit™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Proper Prescribing: Dr. Jason Beaman’s lecture, Proper Prescribing of Controlled Substances, scheduled for Friday, October 18, 2024 at 11:15am meets the annual licensure renewal requirement for one (1) hour of education in pain management or one (1) hour of education in opioid use or addiction per Oklahoma SB 848 as approved by the Oklahoma State Board of Osteopathic Examiners and the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Licensure & Supervision.

Pharmacists: This program will be submitted to the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy for continuing pharmacy education.
