Conflict of Interest Policy

On February 1, 2007 the Osteopathic Founders Foundation Board of Directors adopted a Conflict of Interest policy. The purpose of the policy is to assure that neither personal nor professional concerns of a board member or a staff member affect his or her ability to put the welfare of the organization before personal benefit.

Annually, each officer, director, and key staff person is asked to review and disclose any relationships, positions, or circumstances that could contribute to a Conflict of Interest. Signed disclosures are maintained on file at the office of the Foundation.
